As one of the Vietnamese dishes that is not only popular in the country, Pho appears all over the world and is loved by many diners. Pho is even included in the Cambridge Dictionary as a noun, proving the popularity of the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine.

Currently, beef pho is still the most popular and favorite version in Vietnam with many different options such as rare, cooked, rare meat, combined with beef balls, tendons… along chewy flat white noodles. The broth of pho is stewed with bones for many hours along with some herbs such as cinnamon, anise, and other warm spices to create a wonderfully aromatic flavor.
